-Weekends Charts-

-Weekdays Charts-
-Analysis Weekdys-
From my weekdays' results, I found out that the amount of food taken during the weekdays is much less than what is taken during the weekends. I think it's all beacuse of the lack of time to have proper meal. As I'm taking quite few of classes other than the school time, I wasn't able to find time to have proper meal (proper meal as sitting on the table and having meal with full dishes). But still my breakfast was taken in for sure. From my nutritin view, I found out that there was little lacking of some vitamins, and this is probably I rarely take fruits except during the breakfast. And I also noticed that there is quite lots of salt taken in during my weekdays food (about 722% of required).
-Analysis Weekends-
On my weekends, i took more food than I ha during the weekdays. But this had effected my nutrition view in different way. During the weekdays, even I had less food than weekens, most of my required nutritions were consumed, but during the weekends when I had more food that any other weekdays, theres few more insufficient nutrition being consumed. I think this is because during the weekends, I tend to have higher chance of taking unhealthy food (McDonalds...etc) as I usually stay outside with friedns or attend church service where people prefer fast foods more than healthy food which takes quite lots of time to cook. And as previously pointed, my sodium consuming rate is still high as it was during the weekdays (689% of required).
-Overall-
From all above analysis and the obervations I have come to a conclusion that even though you have time, like during the weekends, but you have unhealthy foods like fast foods, its rather worth not eating. As compared from my above graph, it clearly indicates that during my weekdays, even tough I took less amount of carlories and less food, I still have satisfied most of the required nutritions per day. But like the weekends period where I have took more carlories than weekdays, as it was filled by unhealthy food, have unsatisfied the required nutrition values. Even tough you have time and money, it's our desicions to eat healthy or unhealthy.

This article is about a teenager girl in massachusetts who committed suicide result from excessive bullying at her school. The girl was frequently got bullied by group of boys and girls in school intolerably.
This article shows us relationship between social problems that leads to depressions and to extreme, suicide. The girl (Elizabeth Scheibel) was moved to massachusetts school and started to get bullied. Social relationships are as important as physical and mental issues. As Scheibel started get bullied and couldn't find a way to get rid of all the stresses she get from the bullying, the depression started to build up and it finally lead to a choice of suiciding.
I do not have any experiences of gettin bullied and get depressed but I have an experience of bullying others when i was in middle school. At that age, I wasn't awared of what consequences can be done from getting bullied but through middle school health classes and outside learning, I managed to stop bully them and rather help them out.Helping and counselling are quite neccessary to solve such problems. Personally, I think rather than myself taking care from not getting bullied or to bully, it's better to find people around you who have such depressions gained from bullying and help them out to prevent extreme results such as suciding.
