- 3.8%.

- It's quite low considering the type of product.

- 26%.

10) Is this content Low Moderate, or High?
- It's in moderate range.

- None is reccomendable

12) What is the difference between the saturated and unsaturated fats?
- Saturated fats -> Comes from the animal products which contains LDC (Low Density Cholesterol), and it cuases vein clogging when collected.
Unsaturated fats -> Comes from plants and oils which contains HDC (High Density Cholesterol).

- Low

- From my opinion, it's low because 75mg is taking 4% of whole calories provided.

- I think its moderate because even tough its taking 3% of whole calories provided and its less than what is expected to be consumed daily, the serving size of this produt is small.

- Excessive sugar intakes can result high blood-sugar level which can leads to obesity.

- Fibers are not digestible and this helps us to clean up our intestines as it goes through taking toxins away.

28) Overall, what would you say is the nutrtional value of your food? Is it good for you? hwy or why not?
- My product contains o% of cholestreol and sodium but on the other hands, despite of it's serving size, the content of saturated fat, fat, and sugar is higher than what it is containing with carbohydrates, proteins, and fibers. Inconclusion, my food is not adequate for constant eating as the balance of the nutritions are not good. Excessive eating of this product may trigger unhealthiness.
