-She used to be healthy before, but as she moved in to rather humid and warm climate, it got less healthy.

Nutritional Habits - eat healthy food and always check on the nutrition table when taking food.
Fitness Habits - exercise regularly such as jogging to near places or GYM.
Coping with Stress - sleep regularly.
Dealing with Conflicts - go take therapy.
Keeping a Positive Attitude - good relationships with friends and relatives

-I worked out and found whats suitable for me.

-Eat healthy, exercise regularly and take regular sleeps.
